Address the envelope to Office of Student Aid & Financial Literacy and drop it off at the mail slot next to the mail room window, bottom floor of the Campus Center. If you do not have an envelope please ask the mail room staff at the mail room window for a pre-addressed Student Aid & 金融知识 envelope, they have them available for students.
